How does GST work?
Prices exclude 18% GST. Kylix is sold to GST-registered businesses: add your GSTIN at signup and you pay the GST under reverse charge.
What counts as an AI conversation?
One continuous exchange between a customer and your agent, however many messages it takes. Extra conversations beyond your plan are ₹4 each.
Which channels are included?
WhatsApp, Instagram DMs and website chat are included on every plan, along with the Shopify catalog sync. There is no Instagram add-on and no setup fee. The email channel is available on the Pro plan only.
What is the AI Sales add-on?
It lets your agent sell inside the chat, with a discount code and a checkout link, on any plan. It is billed per plan: Starter ₹3,000/mo, Growth ₹5,000/mo, Pro ₹10,000/mo + 18% GST.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan has a 14-day free trial. There are no setup fees.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing is ten times the monthly price, so you get two months free.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Upgrade any time and it applies right away. Downgrades and add-on changes take effect at your next billing date.
